Prolite II

Get rid of unwanted spots and hair with Prolite II (FPL)

What Is Prolite?

The Prolite is an FDA-approved treatment that uses a powerful broad spectrum light to produce a beam about the size of a postage stamp that targets red vessels, brown spots, sun-damaged skin and pores, to help even skin color and tone.

It has been used for over a decade on over 2 million people to treat facial redness, flushing and pigmented problems on the face, neck, hands and chest.

What Is It For?

  • Facial redness and flushing
  • Sun spots
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Age spots/ blemishes
  • Facial veins
  • Enlarged pores
  • Rosacea
  • Wrinkles/ Fine lines
  • Unwanted Hair

How long does the IPL procedure take?

The treatment works similarly to a laser by using quick, short, and strong pulses of light applied directly to the treatment area. In general, a single treatment takes only fifteen to thirty minutes. It still varies on the area being treated.

Usually a series of these (3 or 4 sessions) are performed, and a gradual improvement in color and brightness occurs. Patients who have had this series have improved skin color, texture and healthier skin and can, over time, improve and shrink pores.
